Food: Mocktail #1 - Virgin (Bloody) Mary

The weather has been lovely over the past few days, which roughly translates into Gin & Tonic weather for me. However, during this self-imposed dry month, I've been experimenting with various mocktails, which has made me realise that if all my soft drinks tasted as good as my Virgin Mary, I probably wouldn't drink any alcohol at all!

Mocktail Virgin Mary

500ml tomato juice
1tbsp Worcester sauce
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp Tabasco
1/2 tsp ground pepper
juice of 1 lime

1. Mix all ingredients well and serve over ice in a chilled glass with celery salt around the rim.

2. Serves 2 but recipe can easily be scaled up.
